Did I say I wouldnt do it?

I sent him the message, and I'll return the account.

The only person who got fucked in this transaction is me.
Keep a note of that.
You can backread if you want. He said you are asking for se sort of ransom. Anyway, that's better. I would take note that you lost your money because you purchased a hacked account.

Dude, I am writing from the original account.

I am the person who bought this account, believing it is the personal account from the seller.

Anyways, I am going to give the account back to the original owner.
(and lose my money in the process, but fuck it.)

Oh! Seems like I understand it wrong. I thought the "real" owner had brought it from the one bought his "hacked" account. My bad.

As for you Mr. Buyer, it is not your account and the "real" owner will never ever (and shouldn't) pay you. It is his and not yours. Never did he give any permission to access his account. Give it back to him.

Either way, he will recover the account as soon as the admins had seen his message together with the proof.

P.S. Wow! How bold of you!

Guys,
wtf - I bought this account fair and square. The sellers says YOU are blackmailing him, and he bought the account from you, and it was all legit.
Maybe them.

I just dont know what to do, other than I lost money and got a bad trust account and former owner wanting to return it.

I offered you, what I believe is fair, at least half of what I paid for the account.

If you have any other way of resolving this - do let me know.

I am not a thief, but I've been cheated as well.

You shouldn't have had paid. But honestly, what you do is the fastest way than waiting for an admin to recover your account. You know what to do with the users who neg trust you, right? Signing a message to confirm that you already recovered it.

Imo, this problem is solved. Please lock the thread if you're already satisfied.

He is telling you that he bought it from someone else. He just offers you a "honest" offer. If you don't want to accept it just wait until response from admins.\
It's takes time for them to answer and it isn't gone out of normal time borders..

I see but i think he just want my money.

In my opinion, whether he is honest or not, do not pay any bitcoins. First of all, it is his mistake to trust the seller that it's not a hacked account which, most of the time, it is. Second, it is your account and never have been theirs neither you sold it nor gave them permission to access it (I assume).

Again, all you have to do is to wait for the admin's response.

I've checked your posts and there's a tx ID posted: https://blockchain.info/ru/tx/25214fa905b1d4783ab4bdae9f4663d9350d63dec855be528722e2e3d45bea98
If that's your address you can sign a message with it and that should be enough proof for everyone to know you are the owner. The only problem is that it takes a lot of time and begging before someone verifies you. If I were given the power to verify people's addresses and help them get their accounts back I'd do it for free.

It was a transfer transaction from the localbitcoin service (the goxbtc-realbtc exchange service) to the bitstamp address. I can not sign any of these addresses.

So pmed from hacker a few days ago:
Hey,

I am really sorry for the confusion, I obviously purchased the stolen account, can we agree on at least half of what I paid for it? 0.035 btc? We can setup the escrow on bitify, so everyone is safe.

Please let me know, and again - I'm sorry, the seller told me he bought it legit and you are blackmailing him, but from the evidence I believe you are the true owner.

thanks

He requires a ransom from me!

Admins do nothing, not a single message from them.
What can i think? Are they also in the share???

Send it to cyrus and post the message here. I can ban the account but not restore access to it.

Sent it to cyrus:

Here is the one of the early of my posts in 2011 and there I posted that address (and transaction to that address): https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.221381
That was a message about a first attempt to withdraw BTC from deepbit pool to my 12wTMbRf4fcesN6UUKdsFBTGeCBVvkry6P address.

Another two messages about address 12wTMbRf4fcesN6UUKdsFBTGeCBVvkry6P in previous btc-signed message about hacked maxll account from me is:

Here on https://bitcointalk.org user Megatalker deleted these messages which were in his thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/megatalker-2163101 for reasons unknown to me.

Sorry for my bad english.

Oh Megatalker , the king of trolls, he alone, and his 1 month old shills shits almost in every russian thread of mines. Moderators are erasing the messages, but he dosen't give a shit about it anyway! I don't want him banned,  (rather burned in hell) but can somebody warn him about his 9'years  old language who sounds like "finger your ass" "kill your mother"
I know he is promoting his links or whatever via topics with high views and tries to attract more ppl. But when that's dirty mouth appears on top page of topics, with text looking like HEY BUM HEY BUM HEY BUM HEY BUM looks disgusting. I do promote a serious service, afraid that those actions will scare away some of my clients.

P.S.
I don't think he is able to delete your posts, even in his threads, rather some of moderator done that, they simply cannot deal to, and filter all those spams he is doing.

Well you can send to both but theymos rarely responds to these things so it's largely pointless PMing him about it, but seems like this is becoming the case with cyrus now as well. All you can do is wait.

Should PMs be sent to both Cyrus and Theymos? I've sent to Cyrus for my account and haven't had a reply yet.

Hello. Regarding to your question. Post which includes your bitcoin address indeed regards to this topic  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/megatalker-2163101 .
The post appears deleted. Unfortunately in google cache and other web archives is not accessible or is missing.

However, there is a place where your looking for post is still accessible. Through mirror website, you can see it by following a link (at post #52) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2163101.40
It's similar to web cache but I dunno if it will help. GOOD LUCK

My bitcointalk account was stolen. Yesterday I found out that someone wrote by my bitcointalk-user, but I can not login.

The stolen account was registered in June 2011, called the maxll, has a user number of 23166.
The attacker changed the registration email, but I have access to my email which stolen account was initially registered. Also, inside my email I have all the letters that came from bitcointalk to my email address during all time.

As you can see my english is really bad and until yesterday 99% of the messages were written in russian. But since yesterday all the messages have become in perfect English.

How can i restore my account (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/maxll-23166)? Please.
