3 hours is a really short time for someone to get your private key or seed. My only guess is he attacked you with:
- DNS redirection. You input the correct URL but the DNS query is processed by malicious DNS server.
- He installed a keylogger to your device, or use a zero-day exploit from software like VLC to get access to your devices and monitor your activity.
- He intercepted the package of your network, which assumes he's nearby and probably connected to the same network.

MEW never stored anything, especially if you used it offline. It would be pretty useful if we can re-do what happened to you to understand better about your case though.

My Tokens were stolen from a wallet that I created only 3 hours after it was created in MyEtherWallet.

My address is: 0xd2aef02ab3085bdb17632a92ed60bde52aa02c69
The address of the hacker is: 0x8D52198A9a1bf7140d8bcf18bb33307fDf8792B4

He have stolen from me 3 ETH and 5,680,367 OUNA (ERC20 Tokens). The OUNA Tokens are still in his wallet.
From EMW told me that they can't do anything about it and have put all the blame on me. I'm in the crypto world for the last 3 years and never had any issue. Now I've created created a wallet there and only 3 hours after that I was robbed.

Can somebody help me with this?

What is OUNA token? Is it your token?
did you perhaps give someone access (private key or store file) to any of your address to create ERC20 token for you?

p.s. it is not mandatory that antivirus software can find malware on your PC. In any case, you must immediately to reinstall OS, also change all your passwords on important services. Mail, exchange, other wallets etc ... Even if you are checked at the moment, your PC is not secure.

Sorry pal, no one can help you retrieve your tokens and ethereum from that thief. Recall what you did with your computer if you ever downloaded some files online or seeds or to any website or if you have filled up an application form that asks for your private keys. What I'm thinking right now is did you ever stored your keys on your email or you let someone know about it?

If your network is clean. Then there will be left only one problem you have experienced. One of your relatives took your private key and made the money transfer. There are no other option.
This is also the thing on my mind.If there were no phishing, clean pc,clean network then this is also a possible thing to happen on which there might be some relatives who are
aware on its privatekeys. Its odd to see that 3 hours after creation its being hacked unless those keys are exposed or miscopied anywhere.

MEW is the best wallet for ERC-20 based tokens and ethereum. Here the entire responsibility is in hands of the user as he holds the private key. Here truly MEW cannot do anything with this hack or stolen funds. You could've missed the private key somewhere else which seems to be the reason for loss of funds.
If you read OP's story, he said the hack just happened after 3 hours after he created his MEW wallet and based from his answer, i don't think OP is a careless person.

you cant do anything to bring back your  tokens once the transaction is completed, but you can ask mew to ban that hackers address.
lol ban. What's the point to ban the wallet if he already cashed out all inside from that wallet?

Sorry for your loss mate, there's nothing we can do to help you recover your loses.
It's sad but that is the reality, all you can do now is learn from your mistake, you might be victim of phishing or a virus, not sure.

However, to prevent from this happening again, reformat your computer so you will feel confident when using it again, avoid unnecessary downloads, if possible, use a separate computer for your online entertainment purpose.

That's a huge loss, but you gotta move on and accept it.

Another reason maybe you'd share your private key to someone else. Here some tips that can I advise you, every time you create wallet use gadget clean(I would recommend use tablet that exclusive for wallets) and don't share your private key or even save in any online site.

3 hours after you created your MEW account? That could be a record of sort.  Grin

Seriously, you need to check, maybe you got phished or something and you may have click a fake MEW that's why the hackers was very quick to clean up your wallet.

As far as getting it back, transactions are irreversible, so there's no way that you can retrieved it, sorry.

I agree with muslol67

If you didn't have a virus, didn't access a phishing site, didn't use a compromised WiFi, then the only way is that someone got a hold of your private key and used it. If it wasn't an internet-based attack, then it had to be compromised physically. Think about who might have access to the phrase.

I think you have a virus on your computer, reinstall the operating system or check for a virus

Already an IT have checked. He said that it is clean. He checked both phone and PC.

PC clean!

Perhaps you went to a phishing website? Did you store the seed phrase in any online database or service? I'm sorry that this happened to you.

No phishing website. I used their website. Also this was checked. Nothing was stored online anywhere...

I am sorry but there is nothing you can do. You should think about where you made a mistake. Someone reached your private key or maybe your phone which you hold a wallet app in.

And this is not true place. You should move your topic to "altcoin discussion" or "services".

Still I hope you find a way for your money.
