It seems there is a little panic regarding the SEC meeting about Ripple and Ethereum. That's why the price of ETH have a dip in 24 hours. Because some investors are cashing out there eth. To be honest I'm a little bit worried because all of my alt coins are erc20 based. But, I do hope the result will be favorable to eth and it will be the start of price surge.
SEC issues are for USA citizens and immigrants there. I am not from USA neither am i living there so i do not worry about their activities concerning ICO.

The only people who should even worry about SEC are people from USA. Why would people from another countries worry about SEC? The world is too big outside of USA.
I never worried about SEC because i'm not living in USA. Those should be worried about that if they are living in USA, it has already explained in the article. But the ico right now just try to make more security to protect the project from the regulators itself by doing KYC. ICOS that not based in USA should be stopped worry about that.

I understand that it's from USA and concerning USA people.
But there are some countries whom USA can make playing there rules. People of those countries can really get worried.
