Currently that kind of hardware wallet do not exist, better hold all in Bitcoin, or all in another altcoin.  Wink

When the OP posed his question, i was only thinking about desktop wallets.... There is, however, one hardware wallet that does handle different kinds of coins:
http://www.hardbit.cn/index.php/products/hb01m

At the moment it should handle bitcoin, litecoin and dogecoin, but the makers promised to add more.

I haven't read a review about them thus far, so use the link at your own diligence.

i have only seen a couple of coins that have decent wallets which are SPV (meaning you don't have to store the whole blockchain). and those coins are:
litecoin: Electrom-ltc
Doge: Multidoge and Electrum-doge(which i think was abandoned project)
Reddcoin: Electrum-rdd

i have used all three and having all of them will take like 100 MB size on your HDD with no trouble at all.
ok i will try this ; thanks dude

In case of Coinomi, no if the service stops, you won't loose your coins.

You can backup your wallet and the use the Passphrase to recover your coins in any other wallet.

coinomi supporting a way to do backup  wallet file ? if yes then i will try it , thank you for the help

You can backup the phrase, not the wallet file.

Though I'd recommend you to download the QT wallets and then cold store them in a USB.

Problem is I dont want to have all my money on a web wallet where it could be stolen all at once when something bad happens.
I want to store 3-5 differenct coins but without installing several tools that hold a single coin type , is there any way or any software like multibit that can support all types of coin and have a wallet file .?

Something like this: https://coinomi.com/ ?
This is an android app tough, i don't really recommend using your phone to store loads of coins, but it might be nice for a small ammount Smiley

i already know this website , but i dont want a wallet that linked to a website , becasue in cas the website stoped then coins are going too and lost every thing
