He has a shot at not being a convicted felon a few weeks from now. But not because he's innocent. No reasonable person that has followed the trial in detail so far has any reasonable doubt that he is guilty of the crimes he was indicted for.
There are still two possibilities that would allow him to declare victory though. If he is able to turn the trial into a big enough circus, he might get the judge or one of the prosecutors to make a mistake causing a mistrial or reversal on appeals based on a technicality. Or, there's always the possibility that a conspiratard snuck into the jury with the intention not voting to convict regardless of the facts of the case.
Make no mistake though, he 100% committed fraud to help his chances in the 2020 election and if any Democrat did the same thing and prosecutors had similarly strong evidence, the two trumptards above this post would actually be on the right side of things rooting for justice to be served.
