Yes, that's a vanity address. They are not that well known to newer people anymore because there is no working firstbits lookup and many people dislike the idea in the first plave. IMO, though, someone should set up a working firstbits lookup for the most popular coins as soon as possible. I would, if I could. But I bet there are a lot of people on this forum who can code that.

Nothing out of place. Just another vanity address. I'd be surprised if it was like a 15 characters phrase.
