Ok, thanks for clearning that up. I think I just showed how green I am. Wink Well I can take some solace in knowing I wasnt the only one that was thinking it was strange.

it's not a transaction fee. it's just one of the two outputs of the transaction. a transaction fee of 0.24 was paid.

I saw something strange to me on BitcoinMonitor today. A transaction for 10249.76 BTC and a 10249 transaction fee. Wow that a $100,000+ transfer fee. WTF!! Ok, so I asked in the chat room about it. The discussion revovled around three possibilities. One there is a possible bug on BitcoinMonitor. There others are an uninformed user or a mistake. What do you think the possible cause was? It seams to me that someone with 10K+ Bitcoins would know what they are doing. I look forward to what you have to say about the issue.
