-sp 3333 -gp 8332. So just change the port number if you need extra instances.

You can open multiple instances of stratum proxy, each with a different port (can't remember right now what is, but it should be like -sp 3333)

Does anyone know the limit of maximum clients on stratum proxy?

My company have about 15 offices and 200 - 300 computers in each office, ive been given the go ahead to run CPUMiner when the machines are idle at night anyway the politics are my business Tongue

I know some pools dont like too many ip addresses connecting to the same account as they think its some kind of botnet (ive been told this by ukltc pool) so my plan was to use stratum proxy on one machine and just use that machines IP as the one host that connects to the pool.

I seem to have come across a problem though, Im only getting 410 kh/s out of stratum proxy to the pool when each machine lets say 250 - 300 should be 6kh/s (all have same processor, all are same model machine) each. 250|300 * 6 = 1500 kh/s - 1800 kh/s.

some machines say they are unable to connect. so im guessing there is a limit to the amount of clients stratum proxy can handle? can this be increased at all or do you think I should use more than one stratum proxy?

or could this be a linux issue, maximum connections etc?

Thanks for any help
