Is that legal?

No, this guy is probably a douche-nozzle who never heard of Netflix

no, it's not really legal but hey, is downloading torrents and watching movies on your pc legal? what is the difference between one person watching and 30 at once?  and this guy thinks i never heard of netflix lol, yes i heard netflix but you pay monthly fees there, pay extra to watch in hd and netflix is not available in all countries, but yeah, he's probably just a fruitcake trolling my thread..

Meh, movie night was always fun during the IRC days. Someone would stream a DVD, and everyone in the channel would watch it together (within 10 seconds of each other depending on buffering and latency). It was pretty fun, because you could all talk about the movie after the movie and such.

i came up with an idea to create movie stream site where new release will be available to watch in hd on a set day and time using a secret link. for example, i can either collect requests or make a list of movies and members will vote, whichever movie will get the most votes will be streamed on agreed day and time, all participants will receive a secret link to the movie. that way users without ability to download can watch new releases for free.  what you guys think?
