Well there are two points to add -

- Not  all new members of Bitcoin Talk are new to the crypto world.

- A beginner in crypto may not realise that his question is complicated to answer.

But most of the posts there are either not helpful or too complicated for newbies (like me).
Could there be stricter moderation there to reduce traffic and make it convenient for the purpose it was created to serve?

I agree that there`s a need for a more strict and responsible moderation of the forum sections (not only Beginners and Help). But problems in this thread don`t arise only for this reason. I find a large number of either not helpful or too complicated posts due to the fact that newbies don`t know how to properly ask questions that interest them. Or they ask questions, the answers to which have already been published hundreds of times. Therefore, in response, they receive only indignation or sarcasm from other users.

I advise beginners to read Sticky topics, as they contain a lot of useful information. To ask a question, you need to know something already. When I see questions like "What is this forum for?" “What do I need to do on the bitcointalk site?”, I don’t even want to respond to them, because you need to be familiar with this information before registration. Therefore, in order to get a useful answer, you need to ask a smart question.

I think you can utilize the search option on the forum to find a particular topic you are looking for, if you search and didn't see the topic you are looking and then you can create the topic and get answers to whatever topic you are looking for, The forum have people from different works of life, so you will definitely get the needed assistance.

My advice? everything here begins and is processed like you (Newbie), and so on.

But? from it all learned and obeyed the rules of the forum, and starting with the smallest things little by little will be great, (learning day by day can be smart).

It is impossible for this human being to be born into this world directly (adult) it is definitely from (baby).

If we have a will there is a way, of course.

For example:
Stone is very hard? but with water dripping little by little the stone can be hollow,
So it's the same as humans learning and learning I think it can be while we want.

That board needs a dedicated moderator or two (as do all the other boards) as it doesn't have any currently, but we also probably need some sort of Beginners and Help sub for the alt coin section as it is mostly full of things to do with Alt coins and their bounties or how to earn etc. Implementing a Newbie welcome message when users sign up with links to the most commonly asked questions and helpful guides etc will also reduce the same old trash begin asked over and over again and I think that's something we should do asap.

The future of security tokens
If a post is too complicated, then you can ask for an explanation in the thread, or if you feel that this may derail the thread, then start your own topic. This is the reason we have a beginners' board. Smiley
The B&H section should be a starting point for beginners, where noobs(we) go to read topics of lower complications, and pick up valuable knowledge to start up effectively on the forum..

Asking a question on a complicated thread usually(always)always doesn't end up well,i have read so many topics(by high ranked members),all of the views that noobs shouldn't delve into threads one has paltry knowledge on, as you'll only be making a Fool of yourself..

It's not called the beginner's board only for noobs to begin threads, how do you expect a brand new account to come up with something worthwhile, its beginners board cos thats where one goes to pick up info to start up on the forum,so I think that section is a delicate one an more attention should be payed to it as it'll assist us to kill spam right from the grassroots,so when the noobs are more confident, they(we) definitely will come up with worthwhile posts

I think the beginners and help forum is well structured to get you up and running into the cryptocurrency world all you need to is to through the thread like its name implies beginners and help so there will be some post that are not up to standard
But take a look at some classic post.

The forum doesn't pay special attention to any particular board, just as we have moderators in charge of every section,we also have MODS who rummage through posts/threads in all the sections of the forum, I bet you haven't been to the BD and AD board, the B&H section is a safe haven compared to them both

While our mods are doing their very best to clear up garbage/trash posting, you can also do your bit by being selective to threads you comment on, Reporting/leaving the megathreads for the spammers, engaging in quality/real/profitable discussions, reporting thread bumpers and reporting plagiarism/copy&pasting,ETC

Good day. I recently created an account here and trying to grow my knowledge about cryptocurrency through reading and contributing the little I know.

The beginners and help board is naturally the first place am drawn to. But most of the posts there are either not helpful or too complicated for newbies (like me).
