Apart from desire, the one must need to bring all the hard work, clear vision and complete idea about his goal and perseverance to reach his goal in his life and the most untold part is the one needs to be at the right place at the right time and simply we call it as luck. When we someone doesn't have the long then it may take forever to reach his goal even though he was doing everything else right.

Integrity it is. It is easier said than done but to know that youre doing the right thing regardless if someone sees you or not is a huge respect. It's all about having a strong desire, staying true to yourself and not letting others' doubts sway you. Being focused and gutsy in pursuing your goals is key  just like the legends who've made it big. Trust your path and you'll likely make your mark. We'll all getvthere

No man no matter how great he is can know his destiny. but working towards it will facilitate your journey of life  to succeed. And one important thing that can help you to succeed is to stay away from people who don't add value to your life. Because not everyone that comes close to you is your friend. They will come with different objective but only to see what they can get from you. After which you turn to an abandoned property. Don't let friends chose you but chose your friend. From hence your life will be great.

adding perseverance mate , and also support from people around them will surely make them fulfil their goal in life, sometimes it is important that there are people around us that makes us believe to what we  can achieve in life and not only those who make us down.

That's basically what it means to love ones work. Love in the context of work is simply the strong desire for work, and to work right with affection/passion... Or it's generally a strong desire for someone or something, to treat him/it right with affection/passion.  
That's what helps you enjoy work and even endure working for long hours no matter the circumstances. Without love your work feels heavy, boring & slow. It's like walking in dense substance compare to walking in light one. To work with integrity is to work right.

If we're going to connect this with the Bitcoin community, everyone has the strong desire to own Bitcoin and as well as hold it for a long time. But then when it's about the integrity, there are some cases that it won't be a matter anymore as long as they're able to meet their strong desire and reach it. And as for the tasks and getting the job get done, integrity is you're honest and truthful to the job that you're working on even if no one is around. From there, you'll see a lot of people describing that you should work only the bare minimum of your effort depending on how much your salary is, that's integrity but to each their own as everyone has different working ethics and beliefs.

I don't know why you're only mentioning a man, while I think both men and women should have those qualities too to reach their goals and become successful in life. I think if you only mention these three qualities, which are strong wishes, focus, and good integrity, to conquer any obstacles in life, these three are not enough. In my opinion, good IQ, EQ, and, for some people, even SQ (spiritual quotient) are the keys to gaining success in life.

It is often said that action speaks louder than words. In this our generation, what people quantify you is how productive you are. Even in a place of work they hire you not because you are too skillful but to employ you and Train you to bring the best in you. That why sometimes people get fired from work without them noticing what they did was wrong. And most time they feel relautant thinking they have been employed and whether they work or not they would be paid. without knowing the owner of such business struggle to be at the recognition point of every body knowing him/her, and deserves anybody working for them should be smart.


for you to succeed in anything you do in life, you must work hard. Knowing that life is not a platter gold or a bed of roses where you just wake up and every thing is waiting for you. Just like one of the commenters said that it is applicable to the forum, where there is a different between desiring to rank up as full member, senior, hero, or legendary member, and working towards it. If you don't work hard you won't be Able to achieve that target. If you check the shitposter they always have more activities but less Merit. meaning they spend time creating quantity than quality. And that is a sign of Not working smart. But inwardly they feel they are smart to have there ways around here, not knowing that people can understand who you really are with your writeup without seeing you physically.
 

Speaking of integrity, I believe everybody that wants to grow and win in their career, business, or skill should have integrity.  You should be trustworthy because people won't do business with you if you're not trustworthy. You're nothing without your word.

As a freelancer for instance, if you're given a job and you can't finish that job within the time the client is asking for, let them know. Don't agree with them and they go ahead and disappoint them.
It's better to not get the job because you won't be able to finish it within the time the customer wants them to take the job and not deliver on time.
Sure, you might get the money if you take the job, but that's not all that matters. You're slowly losing the integrity of your brand.
If you now agree to do the job, make sure you finish it within that period.

Aside from your business and career, it's very good to have integrity as a person. Let your word mean something to people. Let people be able to believe what you say.

yes of course, that's how the world works, if you want something then try to achieve it, don't wait for opportunities, but make those opportunities, take the ball don't wait for the ball. no success comes to a lazy person unless his father is rich. the world is hard for everyone. so get used to it. One more thing, never depend on anything but yourself, entrusting something to others will result in disappointment. If you want to achieve your goals, do it yourself, don't care about what people say, show them the results.

Though integrity is a very important virtue in a man's life, but I don't really see it as on of the most important component needed to push you closer to your goal faster, but what I really think  that takes you closer to your goal faster is the obsession in putting in the work, by working hard and smart.
Even in the crypto industry, if you want to be knowledgeable enough faster so that you can know how to navigate your way in the crypto space on your own, then you need to do more research by yourself, take the best available crypto course without anybody reminding you when to put in the work so you can gain more knowledge.

And another thing that will makes you move closer to your goal faster is for you to be focus more on why you are embarking on the journey for the first place, by  paying no attention to distraction such as women or men if you are a woman, so focus and concentration is one vital tools you need to reach your goal faster.

What makes a man to actualize his dream is a determination and concentration, so I believe that you can get to a point you want when you are focus, let me use forum as a point of illustrations because it's good for someone to be determined, in forum many people who ranked up today in the forum achieve their objectives when they have already know the Important of forum and that makes others users today not meet up the what they have in mind in the forum....its base on determination of other users that makes them to arrive to the particular point they are today..so in life don't be discouraged in anything you are doing, ensure you have reached to a point you desire

A man can make his destiny in his own hands if he has strong wish. Even his integrity is important. Some people say Why do you do that? You have to be focused and have the guts to focus on that task and get the job done. I believe that all the famous legends of the world can be his example.
