You can try to follow the steps said bu Darkstar, but if it still the same, of course you have to change or try to change your password first before trying to contact the support of the platform.

Are you sure you entered it correctly? Try entering it very slowly and carefully, as it's very likely you rushed it and messed up a character, had caps lock, or a key didn't trigger. Hello,

Strongcoin is not accepting my password.

I manage to access my Strongcoin control panel OK, but when I try to transfer coins it asks me for my enctyption password, which I enter correctly, but it's not accepting it.

And does anybody know how to contact Strongcoin technical support?

Any help would be much appreciated.
