If you've already sent a transaction and it gets stuck, that transaction can, in some cases, be made to “jump the queue.” The easiest way to make your transaction jump the queue is using an option called Opt-In Replace-by-Fee (Opt-In RBF). This lets you re-send the same transaction, but with a higher fee.
You are right but the transaction is not replace by fee supported, that is why the person had to wait until the transaction was confirmed, the transaction has been confirmed already. Also know that there are some wallets that do not support replace by fee, even most wallets do not support replace by fee. Only few like electrum support this but the rest I have used do not support it. I also heard that bitcoin core support replace by fee unlike the old versions.

However, Mr.Spider703 seems to provide a genuine tx acceleration service.
Mr.Spider703 is a scammer. He has no ability to speed up a transaction's confirmation. He claims that he can speed up a transaction by sending its ID to the network, but that is a meaningless statement.
In addition to this, @posi, check the transactions that he had quoted "done" in a blockexplorer with a "miner tag" feature (eg. blockchair.com).
First paste the transactionID, then click the block height where it was included, and look for the miner of that block,
if you're seeing random pool names for every transaction he "accelerated", then you know what it means.

Note: the miner tag may be inaccurate depending on the blockexplorer.

He has convinced people that he has something to do with confirming their transactions, but he hasn't. Most transactions get confirmed on their own eventually, and he just takes the credit (and the tips).

I accelerated the OP’s transaction earlier today using one of the free accelerators (re-broadcasters) online.
Please don't perpetuate the "myth" that these rebroadcasting services do anything to speed up confirmation time. They literally don't do anything useful.

All of them are just ad-revenue generators... or outright "scams" looking for donations from users who don't know any better.

I tried to use the free ViaBTC accelerator but the fee wasn’t high enough. I didn’t know this though, feel like a bit of an idiot now.
There's completely no reason for you to feel like that cause you rebroadcast the transaction thinking it will multiplied the chance of the transaction get mine into a block but in the other hand every node will auto reject the tx while it will start a new queue (from the beginning) in the mempool but in a situation where the RBF is not enable the pay tx acceleration service by ViaBTC seems to work though. However, Mr.Spider703 seems to provide a genuine tx acceleration service.

I would quote this very bad. These services are clickbaiting newbies who are technically clueless. I have all the adblockers and anti-trackers in the world to avoid the crap these sites advertise but removing the filters, I was amazed by what they really looked like in the wild.
I would love to see noobs to be better prepared from this side, but that will never happen.

I accelerated the OP’s transaction earlier today using one of the free accelerators (re-broadcasters) online. I’m not sure if it was because of me or due to lower fees on Sunday’s but it’s now confirmed any way.

Probably not, fees have dropped today.

A re-broadcast does not accelerate a confirmation. The only entities that can speed up confirmations are the major miners. Also, anyone that pays to re-broadcast a transaction is giving away money.

The output that seemed to be the change is too small to do a reasonable CPFP but if you're willing to spend some of it as an "additional fee", do it (post above).
The change address has almost 80,000 sats on it, so more than enough to do a CPFP at current prices. The other address takes part in huge consolidation transactions, so almost certainly belongs to the gambling site.

OP, if you want this to be confirmed quickly, then you need to send all the unconfirmed coins at your change address 1DnjFSzewdEHhm7mSyfMXwLqDS8zfcTkro to another address in your wallet, and set a fee rate of around 55 sats/vbyte or 10,500 sats overall. When combined, this will give your two transactions an average fee of approximately 30 sats/vbyte, which at time of writing would get you in to the next block. Note that these values could change rapidly, however.

Having said all that, the mempool does tend to empty out a bit at weekends, and your transaction is currently only around 10 MB from the tip, so it could well confirm in the next day or two even if you do nothing.

I'd suggest you to just wait it out since mempools are getting lower in size this weekend.
The output that seemed to be the change is too small to do a reasonable CPFP but if you're willing to spend some of it as an "additional fee", do it (post above).

Next time, try to set the fee rate to at least 10sat/B (since you're using legacy) so you can use viabtc's accelerator (link) when you need it.
You can't use it now because your txn has 9sat/B fee rate.

For others, I believe that non-RBF transaction is a requirement for "zero confirmation deposits" of gambling sites for obvious reasons.

If it is electrum wallet, you can pump the fee, but if not electrum wallet, it will be good to use child-pay-for-parent.

Actually, the transaction can't just pump the fee because it's not RBF enabled.

Use https://blockchair.com/ to check if it's RBF enabled. You can only bump the fee if the transaction is RBF enabled.
The only alternative to speed up this transaction is to do CPFP but it still depends on what wallet he used.

Anyway, @regorce I tried to rebroadcast the transaction, and let's hope the transaction will confirm within this day. If not, you need to contact the support of the wallet provider if you are using custodial/online wallets or if you are using non-custodial wallets like Electrum you can do CPFP.

Transaction fee used is too low, just wait until weekend, it should be confirmed during weekend, probably on Sunday. But, if you need the transaction to be confirmed fast, it will be good to know the wallet you use to send the bitcoin, is it electrum wallet?

If it is electrum wallet, you can pump the fee, but if not electrum wallet, it will be good to use child-pay-for-parent. Do you have the UTXO of the transaction in your wallet balance? Like, after you make the transaction using your wallet, do you still have some bitcoin in your balance? Not the one sent into your wallet after you have made the transaction, but the bitcoin in your balance immediately you make the transaction. If you have bitcoin on your balance, then you can generate another Bitcoin address on your wallet, then send to the address with high fee. Miner will be able to put the transaction in a block faster if you pay high fee, the two transactions will be confirmed at ones because the miners will put the new transaction (child transaction) in a block faster to be confirmed while first need to put the previous (parent) transaction in a block for confirmation in which the two transactions will be confirmed at ones.

You can read this simple article to know more about CPFP
