How exactly did you "cancel" this wrong address payment?
I think the OP canceled the first transaction (replaced the first transaction with a new one to himself) and then make a new transaction to a new address. He repeated this one more time.
And this is probably why there are 4 unconfirmed transactions in the image posted by him.

i did that twice dont know why just to be sure and then i proceed to pay the correct address but now it stuck on unconfirmed and unconformed parent ( see screenshot) how can i fix this?

I've been reading this thread and it's unclear if you've actually used the option "Cancel (double-spend)" on the one with the wrong receiving address.
Same here... Huh

This is what is confusing me:
i need help so basiclly i payed to a wrong adress and cancel it with a new payment same amount of btc  but higher fee to my address
How exactly did you "cancel" this wrong address payment? Huh Which one of these options did you do:

1. Did you just goto "send" and try sending coins somewhere else?
2. Did you use coin control to attempt to spend exactly the same UTXOs as spent in the wrong address payment?
3. Did you use the "cancel (double-spend)" option on the wrong address payment?

Without knowing exactly what you did to start with, it's going to be difficult to figure out how to fix it (if indeed it is still fixable)...

So it's very important to answer this: did you used the "cancel" option or you just sent another transaction to yourself using the send tab?
Because the latter wont cancel it, it will only use any of your available coins [UTXO] and not the specific coin(s) used by the one you want to cancel.
If it's the former then you continued to "sign" and "broadcast", it's as good as cancelled because of how opt-in RBF and default nodes' transaction relay works.

oh okay thank you but its gonna take awhile to reset it self? its been like this like 3/4 hours now

Just make sure you set the fee high enough so the one you want to cancel doesn't confirm. It might give you an estimate and you can pick to get it confirmed within 5 blocks or something so itll be faster and then there's less risk of the other one confirming.

Can you cancel all parent transactions instead?

Since the child transaction is RBF enabled why not just bump the fee instead of CPFP.

The recommended fee according to current mempool stats is 140sat/byte.

Let's see if it will confirm after a few minutes.

You should be able to do that on the one you sent to the wrong place/the one you want to cancel?

If the rest are going back to you you don't need to cancel them.

When you cancel your transaction in electrum, actually you make a new transaction to yourself.
Most probably, the transaction you made to yourself (for canceling the first one) hasn't been confirmed and your new transaction has unconfirmed parent.

No need to cancel the transaction.
If you are in hurry, increase the fee. Otherwise, just wait. Your transaction will finally be confirmed.

Did you definitely double spend it? Do you have any other unconfirmed transactions coming in to your wallet?

You can't answer yes to both of these. It's one or the other.
