The fees are 96 satoshi/byte. Current recommended fee is about 200 satoshi/byte.
Solution:
-Put it through ViaBTC's transaction accelerator. They can't handle an infinite number of transactions of course though, so sometimes they might not take yours yet. If they accept it, your transaction will be included in the next block that they mine.
-Contact the users Quickseller or macbook-air. They have access to F2Pool and can accelerate your transaction as well, for a fee.
-Wait. It should confirm eventually as the fees aren't ridiculously low (this choice might take a long time).
For future transactions, use a wallet that lets you choose your fees, preferably a software wallet that you control yourself.

it's on the web wallet wirex so I did not choose the fee and at this point I am clueless because I need the money right now. wirex support is shit so I won't get help today if I wait on them
