Looks like the fee is too low. Bitcoin network is really crowd and 103.93 sat/b is really low for now. Try use this site to use recomended fee https://bitcoinfees.earn.com .
Anyway i already accelerate it via antpool and confirmtx, hope it will confirmed asap.

This is my first on stucked bitcoin transaction so far. I have never face this situation before from a lot of transactions from the past. Could someone help me accererate this and also I have already use viabtc but it seems to be always out of limit to use. Here is my trouble Tx.
