this transaction was done from blockchain and their help desk is 100% useless

They can't help you on that case, they are in no control over your wallet. Your only hope is what i said in the second post. Try it. Next time consider paying decent fee if you want your transaction to get confirmed faster

So what should I do? I just want the money back in my wallet or sent.
Export the private keys to 1CCjHMJ7fmp25GRhytXg1wh9JfsSvUQbtV and 1FrhKvenbZftBQRRACME6tnTr3LFMtDUGR from blockchain.info, import them into Electrum or Bitcoin Core, and make a new transaction from there.
While you're doing this, be careful not to expose your private keys anywhere, don't post them here!

Alternative, if you control one of the outgoing addresses, you could try a "CPFP"-transaction: just make a new transaction with a much higher fee, so that it also pays for this transaction.

If you use a service provider like blockchain.info, you better ask them; ask why your transaction is still not dropped, ask if their wallet keeps re-broadcasting it (and how to stop that).
If you use a local wallet (bitcoin core, electrum, ...) then specify that and we'll try to find out how to make the wallet forget about that transaction.

Another option would be the paid acceleration.
There are some that offer such service and may ask pretty reasonable prices. However, don't pay upfront. Either let them do the job first (and pay after 1st confirmation), either use escrow.
You can google: transaction accelerator site:bitcointalk.org

10 days later and this is still stuck.

Since December 3rd.

Blockchain says it will get cancelled if it does not go through.

But when?

Basically a transaction should get dropped after 14 days (afaik Bitcoin 0.15.1; before it was 2 days I think) if nobody and no wallet re-broadcast it again.
My guess is that somebody may have re-broadcasting it.

by paying 5sat/byte on your transaction, it is extremely low and some accelerator service won't accept your transaction unless you will pay for it and its not for a small amount. You can try this https://pushtx.btc.com/ but they are asking $108 for your transaction to get a confirmation
