Thanks now I know that the study has to be crap, for some time it has been known that holding for the long term of stocks and bonds will outperform more than 80% of the traders and many of those studies only were done by a year, over the long term holding should outperform almost all traders except the best and the extremely lucky ones so I know that your findings cannot be correct.

That is very questionable as they have done the study themselves and people should always take it with a grain of salt until other people make a review into it or they get a community review. It is just like Intel and AMD given their own benchmarks into their products as a marketing material and only fanboys will be the first ones to buy them and the sure buyer would wait for the reviewers benchmark before they buy.
