Well the 5x rise in price is of course speculation and can happen or not, but them being listed on coinexchange.io should be true. It's on their roadmap and it should happen during November. They are already listed on etherdelta as we all know, and their next step is to be listed on coinexchange. We all saw what happened to bgold when it got listed on Bittrex (it's price doubled recently), so it's price could go up. It's already up 133%, but I'm not sure if it's related to this or not. There is another airdrop coming up on 7th December (it's their second), so all of these events together should definitely make the price up for a while.

I already know that the sugar exchange will be very soon come to Coinexchange.io. These coins are very valuable for me.
I think it will be get good estimate and good value in the future
