For 50k you should get

Mobo : M5a97 - Around 7.5k
PSU - Corsair VS550 - 3250
GPUs - 2x R9 270(Not X) - 29k ( will give around 900khash when properly configured)
RAM - 4gigs Value/Vengeance - 2800/3k
CPU - Sempron 145 - 1800

And you still have around 6k left for a case and HDD of your choice.

And yes that 550watt PSU will easily power the two 270s as they only require a single 6 pin and consume a maximum of 150 watts each.

So Max power consumption on the 12 volt rail is about 300 + 45(cpu) + 30(fan,HD) = Below 400watt and that PSU will easily power all that stuff.

If you invest more you could get an even better rig which will give you ROI faster.

Im also new ... im also going to buy R9 280X in Bangalore its cost 22,500/-

can you give the shop address in bangalore?

Try computerwarehousepricelist.com. They are located in Bangalore and have been my Hardware vendors for almost 20 years.
They get what you need quite fast if they do not have stock as well.

Also, you have to consider the cost of electricity.
Now considering all these it doesn't seem that good of an option.

Have you guys been profiting from mining?

With these facts and the current rig renting rate. You will be earning around Rs.500 from these units. And to recoup this investment of around 60-65k , you are looking for at least 130-150 around 5 months.
So does these chips have that much life?? Considering the difficulty it may take more than 6 month to get the profit.

Considering you plan to add a GPU later....

MB: Gigabye UD3 ~9,500
CPU: AMD Sempron 145 ~1,800
RAM: 2GB Kingston/Corsair ~2,200
PSU: Seasonic/Corsair/CoolerMaster
        650w ~3.5-4,000 - will barely take 2 280x's (i wouldnt risk it)
        850w ~9-11,000 - will take 2 280x's + 1 270x
        1000w ~ 12.5-14,000 - will take 3 280x's
GPU: R9 280x ~23-25k (gives you about ~700 kh/s)
        R9 270x ~15-17k (~450kh/s)

I would go with a 280x and add another later.

I made a test mining rig under 50k with the following components

Asus M5A95 USB 3 Motherboard
Corsair 4 GB DDR3 RAM
AMD 6300 FX ( You can opt for cheaper processor as well) I intend to game too on this one.  Wink
Corsair 650 Watt PSU
Cabinet with 5 fans low pressure system for cooling
Asus R9 270x DC2 2 GB ( Wanted 280x but that was not available at that time)
No Monitor (Connects to my home TV).

I get 400+khash at 18 Intensity @less than 72 degree C.
I would suggest go for 280x as these are available now and the total should not set you back by more than 60k. Also invest in a mother board with multiple pcie 16x slots for multiple cards if you don't want the hassles of riser cables.

Let me know if you need more details.
