You would not come up with a topic like this until you want to post either referral links or something fishy.There are many forums that are unsafe or they allow unregistered users to post but I doubt they exactly allow the post of links.Use blackhatforums,they allow you to post without email verification but not sure though.

Try to get on a forum that is at least a little bit related to what you're advertising (or has relevant subforums).
Have you considered reddit?
ps You can create email address especially for the purpose, so email verification shouldnt be a problem.

I think it's hard to find a forum that registration no need email verification nowdays. why not search on google, i think there's many forum like no need verification that we don't know.

Also check out thebot.net moneymaketgroup.com . They don't have email verifications. Also use the google bro. There are tons of forum out there and you can see it on google.
Could you be more specific on the topic? "Non Crypto Currency Related." Is a really general term and can apply to a lot of things. Not sure if you would consider this a forum but do you have an account on Reddit? The registration requires you to have an email but you don't need to confirm it.
