Why look for an exchanger if you can just withdraw your payza balance to bitcoins? I think that is much more convenient and more secure than look for an exchange. This is the main reason that no one wants to do transaction with payza or paypal as it is reversible transaction even after so many days, and their are lot of exchanges where i think payza are accepted. i will get back with sites which are giving bitcoins in payza payment option.
