I only know about hostitsmart because I am hosting my faucet website with this company and this hosting costs me less than a dollar if you buy for a year . I bought for a year .
No one of hostings will be good because they have traffic limits so if to your site comes a lot of users then your site will be closed and aviable again only next day, and every day will be like this... Better to invest some penny's to get normal hosting.

I know that many users want to spend as less as possible to create faucet. But free hosting is bad for faucets, because faucets gets big traffic and free hosting doesn't fits for it. But now you can see many companies offering cheap hosting, which coasts only few dollars monthly.
