it would be nice when a link or button leads you to a post or posts that it includes your quote ,
We already have such a thing in place [just click the "post number" in each thread and you'll automatically get a unique address for each quote that you want]:
your tagged username.
IIRC, this has either been suggested before or it's part of the planned features in the new software.If your suggestions are for the current forum software, you should move this thread to "Meta" and if it's for the new one, it belongs to the "New forum software" board.
