Blocktrail.com should be a good option , they are pretty awesome from what I heard .
If you have any issues you could ask them here for help or something here : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/blocktrailcom-wallet-explorer-api-756279

If you can't run bitcoind, you could use bitcoinj configured to store only the data you truly need. It depends on details such as whether you need to scan old transactions, and whether you know the addresses to scan in advance.

I just ran a test run with blockr.io and everything seems to be in the clear. I will check in the morning to see if I got myself banned again. If not, I will give your suggestions a try.  Smiley

Have you tried Chain.com?  Their API is easy to use and is similar to blockchain in usage. They allow 10 requests per second, which should be more than enough. I've noticed their services drop quite frequently though  Undecided .  Another option is blocktrail but I haven't used them yet...
Block.io offers a wallet API similar to blockchain, create addresses, check balances, send transactions, payment forwarding etc.

Block explorer is frozen and I need a good alternative to scan 30,000 bitcoin addresses a day. Blockchain.info has banned me, yet I have a special API key.

I am all ears as they say.

Running bitcoind is not an option since last check it was well over 20 GB in size. Roll Eyes
