TradeHill has fantastic customer support -- much better than Mt. Gox in my experience. TH's volume is lower, but their bid/ask spread is only rarely worse than Gox.

*snip* by far the easiest to get money into and out of *snap*
Why does everyone think Bitcoins + related services are only used in the US?!
Additionally the fees are higher than on TH (at least for me, I still got an 0.50% account there), they have a good customer support on TH too and volume on your exchange is lower.

Also this thread is about Tradehill, please spam elsewhere.

Switch to exchangebitcoins.com.  It is still the ONLY sensible exchange out there.  It is easy to use, by far the easiest to get money into and out of, and they actually have customer support!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shouldn't we get BTC referral income anyways already for some time now?

According to the page:
Quote
Referral Benefit:   10% off commissions.
Referral Rate:   10.00% of all commissions generated.
Don't we also pay commissiones on the BTC side?!
As I doubt that out of 253 people reffered and hundreds of trades none of these has been for selling BTC, I guess there's still a big chunk of commissions missing actually.

To instant buy, you need at least 1 USD etc. - I have still only 0.002... AUD waiting in my account which is dead money essentially as it will take years until I can place a trade. Until then the "bitdust" I could have gotten instead might be worth far more, one of the reasons why people use BTC (and your site) in the first place, right?

I like TradeHill but I think it could be a lot better than it is right now.
(for those who are from planet Mars, clic here to join TradeHill with a permanent discount)

1) Allow the users to choose in which currency they want their commission (and default it to Bitcoin!)

2) Allow user to sell/buy/instant sell/instant buy based on a number of dollars, not only bitcoin. Currently, if you want to empty your account to buy bitcoins, you have to do the math yourself

3) By the way, allow a quick function : sell everything or buy as much as I can in the instant buy/sell. That would be really helpful.

Thanks and Love :-)

Thanks for the awesome feed back Ploum.

1) It's on the list, probably just switch it to btc to keep it simple but of course you can always get your USD and instant buy. Naturally the deflation will lower the amount you buy if you don't have a bot (API coming soon).

2) High priority, coming really soon. Most common request and really needed.

3) We will increase the cap over time. We are allowing market volume to increase first but that's the idea.

We've had a lot of great feedback and really welcome it.
We're still in the process of getting up so when things normalize you'll start to see other cool features.
