Has anyone heard of them or used them? I don't see any reviews anywhere.

That tells us it is first indicator of being scam one. If there is no buzz then there is no marketing and thus rarely people are involved in this project.

Sometimes the names only tells us that this project might be all time scam. Who gives the name like that sun-mining? Thats crazy name and apart from that you know very well how these platforms work. I mean there are some big names in the industries which are not able to fulfil the customer requirement like hash flare, genesis mining etc and how can we rely on small new start up like this. I would say in one word that, dont invest into this shit. Its always ponzi no matter how convincing they might look in first place.

I've been with them since before Thanksgiving. Have over $6000 in USD invested in them. I have received several payouts into my external btc wallet from these guys, and have always received an email reply from them whenever I've had a question.

Don't listen to these morons here....... None of them know what they are talking about. These forms are filled with people who have not invested a penny in them and merely just parrot what they've read which was posted by some other moron.

It's thier loss, I've received over $800 back in btc since I started with them and have another 32 months to go.

Who is the moron now after Sun Mining has exited?

no progress since yesterday. 99% scam!. Lucky only tried little bit money. lesson learned.  Smiley

Alright so why don’t you guys hit them up thru the support I invested in this company about a hundred bucks I really wanna buy the 100gh package byut I am nervous as is everyone here - I did make contact with the support they didn’t get back to me immediately but they got back to me. So please write the support about your lost coin because the transaction should still be on your my orders page - especially if you paid in btc - the site goes down from time to time but it goes back up with different prices I assume they update stuff in the background. Everything on my end looks ok

OK .. so .. further to my posting earlier, it is with great sadness that I now report that I've been had: capacity has ceased producing any revenue very abruptly.

I have emailed their support asking the question as to why and bluntly telling them they are a scam.  I don't expect to get anywhere, but still, will update this thread for the benefit of others if/when I get any form of reply.

So bottom line: looks like everyone's worst fears are confirmed in my misfortune: these bastards are scammers.

sun-mining.com -> sun-mining.com’s server IP address could not be found.
Page down and investments stolen?
101% correct and theres nothing to be surprised of since this thing is already expected on those cloud mining scam sites.

..........

Everyone is so paranoid here!

Try using another WiFi hotspot, or your phones data connection. The site is up and running fine

My phone data connection tells that no DNS was found.
Its not use no matter how you do make use other wifi, vpn etc. Don't force that the site is working because it isn't. They do already run and scam investors. Sad for those people who did invest on this thing.

Now, the site is back and running ok.

I first bought into Sun Mining back on the 26th of November. I have made approx 30+ contract purchases since then with all 4 of their mining algorithms and have had 2 successful withdraws from my accumulated etc.

Altogether, I've invested almost $6000 in their contracts. Support is fast and friendly to respond to emails and have been paid once daily into my balances for my share of coins mined

OK .. so here goes;

I bought 8TH for $1,630.  I must say, I could not confirm any of the reports about slow updates ...etc.  My contract was started immediately the BTC funds hit their wallet address and it got mining.

Not accumulated enough to withdraw anything yet, but end of month I will, so then is the proof of the pudding - I'd have either lost the entire stock, or have at least recovered some of the payment at the end of the month - going to be a painful 3 - 4 months to break even.

All in all, I'm not investing anymore for a few reasons: firstly, I can see no proof of hardware; second, packages are extremely restrictive and BTC is the only payment method; third, there is no reporting to speak of, and all the platform shows is a hashing power and earning curve; and last, but not least, is that I'm developing my own ASIC miner and own ASIC after that - call me old fashioned, but I want to hold the damn mining axes in my hand and feel the gold rush.

Will keep you posted as I get further into the contract.  I think it would be good to get to the core of the Sun[Mining] and draw a line on their legitimacy or otherwise.

Feels a scam, and probably is IMHO, but let's see what tomorrow brings.

Now check this image from their youtube promo:

https://image.ibb.co/muuocm/2.jpg

One with sun-mining logo.. then no logo at all, not really proof of anything, just that they added that logo in the first picture to make it look more legit...

GREAT FIND!! This right here did it for me.  You posting these images just made me look even closer to everything and here is the reason why double checking these images is a huge deal.

On the image with their "logos" on the right-hand side any professional company that had logo's put on their doors would have made it look perfect.  You can see each logo doesn't line up as they are moving down towards the person "standing".  This looks terrible, and after the money spent, they wouldn't of let this happen in a real business.

Also on the left-hand side, there is absolutely no indication of the logo as it moves past the 4th one listed, you would see some fades of yellow zoomed in.  Not to mention they aren't aligned either, and also they wouldn't be shown like that..

Finally, look at the door that's opened.. That logo is displayed in the wrong direction!  The left doors clearly indicate opening and the hinge being on the left side, this means that logo definitely would not look like that when its opened.  And there are absolutely no doors on the left side that change, where the door handles are that would prove the "hinge" was placed on opposite side after it got so far down.  Not to mention why the hell would you have a door hinge on the left side for every single door and then just decide to change to right door hinge?

Thanks for posting the images for me to look closer.  Great Great Great find.

There are many scam site like this who use to offer hash power for cheap price or your contract might be free for you, that is how they use to cheat the people with the attraction. You please keep away or avoid these kind of service even you find in site advertisement.
Genesis and Hashflare are only cloud platform to mine the coin who is being legit in the market for long time. All the others are scam the users.
Genesis and HF are considered to be legit but not an exemption on the risk on getting scammed or losing up money. They are the ones who do really have actual mining farms which other scam sites are mimicking the idea that they do run off cloud mining but actually they havent and offering too good to be true hashes which most newbies do easily fall in because they do see that they can earn money passively so easily without doing much work but without realizing on what they are engaging to. This is why its important on always to have a research.

yeah you are right. They will not provide the proper contract to the users and most of the account of the users has been blocked after sometime.
This is the reason why people are hating the cloud mining site start their mining services with the investment. We can have the hashes by paying the bitcoin or ethereum with the genesis mining site.
Most of the newbies trapped by the online advertisement by the scam cloud mining site in the various site.

STAY AWAY FROM SUN-MINING. SCAM!!! The way they scam you is they will take small amounts of your money and credit you hashpower to gain your trust. Then you try and buy larger amounts and they take your money and never issue the hashpower to your account.

Did you get any feedback from Sun Mining?

Hello, I wrote three times and it took me 48 to 72 hours to answer. I attached an example of response. I remember my experience with sun mining is still in verification invest in their service under their own responsibility.

The system has refreshed, your capacity in operation.
Do you have any more questions?

Hello, I have been testing Sun Mining for a couple of weeks, I publish my impressions on the system that you have when you buy mining power in any type they offer. One of the strangest things is that they do not accept credit card payments, I have searched for information on the internet and I do not find any or little and nothing ... I have purchased power through BTC to test about $ 50, my first impression is that they take exponentially between 24 and 72 hours to pay the power, very strange it gives me the impression that they do it manually once they verify the BTC income. The reinversion of power, I have tested it 3 times, and here comes the interesting thing, when it is made from the balance the payment the power is active at the moment. I would like that this company had more public presence and trust so many customers would win.

My conclusion is that at the moment I'm not going to invest in this company that has not trust. I have not made any retreat since I can not reach the minimum. But over time and doing reinvestment when I do so I will publish the results.

Another point to note is when I made the 3 entries in BTC I had to contact support by sending the token link so that the power could be paid. I do not like to wait 48 hours or 72 hours. It should be an automated process. And this does not give me confidence.

I'd keep my distance... Invest at your own risk...Remember you always make money on the ground floor of a ponzi... just need to make peace when the floor collapses beneath you.

All Australian Companies are require an ABN & ACN to be listed on all official documents and websites... they have none... So you won't have any protection should this go under.

Since there's no contact person, No directors, just an email... http://static.neatorama.com/images/2007-08/complaint-department-grenade.jpg

I've searched the company listings for Sun Mining and nothing appears to be in NSW.. and those companies that are listed are actually mining companies with no relation to data centers or BTC.

I've tried to contact One Farrer Office to confirm if there is a Sun Mining office but everything is via email... So I'll wait and see.

I wouldn't say, that cloud-miners are done. Eobot for example is still working proper, but sites like sun-miners are usually not cloud miners but Ponzi/scam or even only scam. If Ponzi, they pay first users with the money of new users. They pay as long as they got enough money in and then run away with your money.

There's a website that reviewed them https://netbusinessrating.com/en/review-23924-sunmining and they've marked it as a ponzi. Bitcoin cloud mining services are done, alt-coin mining tho might be good now, with lower difficulty and fees. Honestly, and not just because I'm in the campaign, you might want to check out the veritasmining.co.

I would advise not using any cloud mining service due to making promises that they can't keep up in the long term. Only those initial first customers will benefit and the people who get lucky.

I took a chance on Sun-Mining for BTC mining, so I wanted to give an update after a month. I am in 10K US Dollars, so this is important to me.  30 days in they have paid every day as they said they would, and in line with what outside calculators say should come daily.  Obviously any day any cloud mining could run off with the remainder of the money, but so far, so good.   Their communication has been quick with the one email I sent.  I have also already sent coin out to a third party site, the cost of doing this was .001 btc so I wouldn't set it up to do it every day, maybe once a week (for me).  You can also reinvest, but please note that you cant reinvest tiny amounts, you have to have enough to buy their smallest contract, which is about $18 right now.

One other note is that they seem to have special prices come up now and then, so you could wait for one of those.  I got a 30% discount on my initial btc contract, but that special is gone right now.

Note: I also bought small ethereum and litecoin contracts through them before doing enough math to figure out that these are not going to be profitable.  I will only continue with BTC.

So people asked me if I trust them.   I have no way to say yes, outside of the info I have gathered in 30 days.  But I have not seen one thing go differently than stated.    I could not find much information on them as they appear to be very new, so I wanted to post my two cents.  I will of course post if anything goes wrong, and also if things continue to go right   I also use genesis and hashflare, so I am not selling this one by any means.  but so far, I have been happiest with this one.  If this is helpful, and you do use them,  they also have a nice referral program, please consider using my link.
Oh wow, they are paying you how much daily for that 10k USD? Show me proof buddy. Lol, I just clicked the link given by you and I checked that affiliate program and

Commission Fees:
15% when using the "Standard" package
30% when using the "Freedom" package

Well, there is no doubt that they are bloody scammers. I know you are lying that they are paying because you want to earn some money from their affiliate program but remember you won't able to forgive yourself for this doing. People earn money from there hard work and you guys are burden on your country and home. Go F*** yourself.

Never heard of them.

If they were really using environmentally friendly ways to mine bitcoin then they would have gotten a lot of media attention already, but it is not. Admins are not known at all, if they really believe in thier project then they would at least reveal who they are don't you think?

Best case scenario even if they are not a scam, not a ponzi scheme, this is not a good investment. Sustainably sourced energy is still very expensive compared to traditional sources, and if they have a big mine powered with only solar or wind energy then it would mean the maintennance fees you pay are much higher and you probably won't ever make back your ROI.

On their website is their address:

     One Farrer 1 Farrer Place
     Sydney
     New South Wales 2000
     Australia

On Google Maps is a business center https://www.google.com/maps/search/One+Farrer+1+Farrer+Place+Sydney+New+South+Wales+2000+Australia/
Clouds are usually placed in hangars (as datacenters)

The address might be their office which can be different from the mining center,
but again a site that is giving people incentive for bringing in affiliate is most probably a ponzi.

I really get crazy if I see cloud mining services because this is proven hundred times that no cloud mining services are profitable and I'm telling you this in serious mode. Cloud mining works on the basis of trust and faith that whatever money we are putting into their projects are being used to buy actual miners back there and they are using it to mine coins. They are supposed to give us share of profit that they get from this coin. But in reality no company has disclosed their miners which simply means they just trade your money from one account to another in the initial phase which looks legit payout but later in they scam you. So doesn't matter what name you suggest here but they are scam.

Never heard of it. Most of the cloud mining websites are fake and have been created just to scam others. There are just a few websites which are genuine and gives you results. The most trusted cloud mining website by me is www.eobot.com . Eobot has a great collection of coins that can be mined. It has free mining but the speed would be very less. In  case we have to increase the speed then we can buy GHS and then mine coins at faster hash rate. If we don't want to invest any money in it then we can build the GHS to a satisfactory rate by free mining and then start mining coins. It also has a faucet which can be claimed once in a day. So i trust this site than any other cloud mining site.

Don't bother and just go visit hashnest which is for bitmain which was hacked recently Cheesy the main ASIC manufacturer and yet struggling to provide any ROI within short period of time, if I'm about to invest on cloud mining I would want to make sure that I'm getting my ROI in the shortest period of time, now hashnest being the major cloud mining services of them all is not good, how do you expect other services to be good at all?

Reviews on google on certain independent websites even if they are good they don't mean anything when the company do not show mining hardware, pools and real data where they are located. This is one of the most common form of scams which only make victims people who are daydreamers. Any person with a sane mind never sends any money to these websites. Even legit cloud mining websites like Hashnest do not make you any money. Hashflare and Genesis have made major changes to their contracts. All these shows cloud mining is not profitable.
