This is cool. Fans would be having their own NFT that would last a lifetime for the copy they'll have. It's just like having a ticket but cannot be crumpled and be gone.

NFT is the hottest trend in crypto space at the moment, it has witnessed tremendous growth within a short period, nft have gone from being a common niche to a full-fledged industry worth millions of dollars,
Imagine big names like Adidas, Gap (clothing brand), Nike, NBA, Moon Pay, Lamborghini, Bud Light, Game Stop, and more have launched NFT or partnered with other projects to launch nft studio, the whole nft space is moving very fast.

According to an article on livemint.com - NFT marketplace surpassed $40 billion in 2021, which means 2022 will definitely be a lot higher, while the market was experiencing a bear trend, nft sales making headlines, and we are still at the early stage of it all.
I hope that it will continue to grow for this year because many have been anticipating that this year could be slower than last year. Slower in a manner that a bear season might started and that's what everyone is thinking about. Despite being a separate market from crypto.
NFT could be hugely affected if the crypto market goes through into a bear season but let's just hope for the best and more huge names and companies get on the trend.

But some projects wanted to ride on this wave, but it didn’t work out. And I think such giants will succeed.
That's always the thing when a new trend comes to the crypto market. Not every project that tries to adopt it will become successful. There will be more failed projects and implementations than successful ones. The more interest in the project or NFT from the community, they're likely to succeed.

Yes, this is exactly what athletes have realized how beneficial NFT is. Basketball did not stand aside either, and the NBA-related Space Runners project is quickly gaining momentum and becoming popular. Just recently, Twitter had twenty thousand followers, and at the moment, one hundred and thirty-six thousand. It's really interesting. But some projects wanted to ride on this wave, but it didn’t work out. And I think such giants will succeed.

I can see that NFT is gaining ground so fast than any trends that I have seen in crypto, the way these big companies are adopting the use of NFT in their business is really amazing, if you ask me, I would say NFT is the fastest growing trend so far,
And this news of Super Bowl, this must be very great to the fans, I mean through this act thousands of fans get to encounter NFT for the first time, perhaps also learn a thing or two about blockchain and crypto.
This is definitely a welcome development in the NFT and metaverse space, I keep reading all this big news about NFT and this makes to believe NFT is the next big thing.

Super Bowl jumps on the NFT bandwagon with 2022 tickets sold as NFTs

Fans who will be attending the game will receive their tickets as commemorative NFTs stating their section and seat.

The National Football League will be giving a special gift to its Super Bowl fans. The NFL will provide virtual tickets to the attendees of the Super Bowl as commemorative NFTs to celebrate the advent of Super Bowl LVI starting from February 13th, 2022, in Los Angeles.
As per the official announcement, each Super Bowl attendee will be issued a unique virtual ticket as NFT, stating their respective row, section, and seat number.

As Super Bowl LVI will be issuing virtual tickets, the NFL further contended that giving NFTs to its fans is a way for the league to keep the fans engaged and provide them digital souvenirs or keepsakes that the fans can cherish.

Speaking about the NFT giveaway, Senior VP of Club Business Development for the NFL Bobby Gallo stated:
"Collecting ticket stubs has always been something our fans love to do, especially for the season’s biggest game, and offering customized Super Bowl NFTs allows us to enhance the gameday experience, while also enabling us to further evaluate the NFT space for future ticketing and event engagement opportunities”
