it was too small, i finally got a response back. must have been the unit issue (mBTC vs BTC) because instead of sending .1896 i sent .0001896. They must think im an idiot. thanks for all the help guys, wouldnt have figured it all out without ya.

im using electrum

Transaction d38b...f066 now has over 50 confirmation.

I assume you sent the funds from the address, 32Ke..., in your electrum wallet to the address, 1ND3..., at some site. If the site does not say that it has received them by now, then there is something wrong with the site.

If your electrum wallet does not show the transaction as being confirmed then there is something preventing it from being updated.

i'm not seeing it on the site
Then that is a service problem and you should contact the service about it.

Perhaps the amount you sent was too small to be recorded.
What site are you trying to sent your coins to if it's not too intrusive to ask?

No I dont escrow anymore.
ok i changed the units, but i'm still not seeing the xfer to the site i xferred to.

Do you not see the TX to the site or on the site?

The first might be a sync problem with electrum the later might be a problem with the service.

what does all that mean? Undecided

The decimal place can be different between clients, it looks like you're sending 1$ when really you're only sending 1c. BTC, mBTC, kBTC, it's confusing :/ Generally just BTC is used, 8 decimal places but some do it differently.

Looks like you're sending in mBTC but you think you are sending in BTC.

Electrum is using mBTC as default unit. 1000 mBTC = 1 BTC

In other words, you are correctly sending small amounts which are 1/1000 of what you intended (assuming I read your intentions correctly).

Is your wallet in sync with the network?  Did you include any fees on the transaction?  As the other 2 have already said TXID and wallet/site info would help.
