Have you tried syncing the app?

Go to Settings --> Time correction for codes --> Sync now

If it doesn't work, your only hope is to have them respond to your ticket. I'm not sure but they're probably having a problem, I tried to reset my password just now and It keeps giving me "Network Error" even though my connection is completely fine (I tested it)

I don't know WHEN they will respond but it will probably take longer. Read some threads on reddit  Cry

Good evening,

Please, I have a problem accessing my account gatehub after formatting my phone and I lost the application google authenticator I sent several mail for deactivation 2FA but without response from your support, but after searching on my computer i found the authentication key with 16 digits and letter but the problem when i add the key on the google app the six digits that appears to the application is not correct because the gatehub site displays this message: "Wrong two factor authentication code"
