I believe cannabis should be legalized and regulated like alcohol.  There are medical reasons one might need canabis to treat headaches, seizures, muscles spasms, pain, etc.  It’s up to each individual’s decision whether to use it.  Personally I don’t use weed or even like the smell of it.

I do not agree with what you say.

If you legalize cannabis anywhere, all you do is give government the right to tax it.
No that is not all it does. It does also legitimizes the pothead, they are no longer regarded as criminals which is actually what this initiative is all about.

Rather than legalize, repeal all the laws against it. This takes government out of it until...

If a pothead hurts anyone, don't punish him for cannabis use. Punish him for the harm that he did. Make the punishment match the crime, plus reimbursement for time and property lost. Soon the potheads will be careful with what they do, or they will be in prison.
Again this is exactly what this initiative would do. It should be treated the same as alcohol.

Of course, with all the guns in Switzerland, the dangerous potheads will most likely be dead. It will clean up society.
I am a Swiss citizen and once owned a military gun (Sturmgewehr). In Switzerland we have civil military. But I am not aware that we have more incidents with guns than any other country.

In Switzerland there is a new federal initiative emerging that aims to legalize cannabis in the country. I am not personally involved but have already donated a significant amount of currencies. For all you guys out there that want to make the world a better place, now you have a chance to do that with your cryptos. Donate to https://www.cannabis-initiative.ch/spenden
