Yobit support has not responded for 2.5 months. It's just incredible. Unfortunately, I think that they appropriated my XEM.
Tickets do not close, just complete silence from admins. There are no methods to solve problems with this exchange?

Did you try direct in the chat? I think you need to have a balance of 100k satoshi in your active deposit, then you can use the chatbox. I haven't been to yobit in a while but I distinctly recall that you could chat in there and ask for admin, if they're around they usually respond directly. No harm trying right? They have always responded when I tried but that was some months ago.

How long have you waited for their response? Maybe you should wait at least 24h business day (not weekend) to make sure it reaches to supporters.
The same thing I have thought too because of the ways network work. Yobit is a trusted exchange and some of us here have benefits from it by selling one tokens from bounty or ico investment. I will advise that you should keep on sending them messages so that there can attend to the issue and credit you xem.

I have to agree. The level of support is atrocious . I just do not understand the owners of such an exchange, I am sure they are loosing hundreds of potential customer per day because nobody wants to risk depositing anything, and then hoping you can withdraw it again. With the fees they are taking and the amount of transactions, I am sure the owners are sitting somewhere on a beach in Bora Bora and could not give a crap if we are struggling or not.

Obviously I guess it is, look on the date when this problem was posted. It's been a month and with his last reply those XEM's are "lost" but I doubt it since by looking at the TXID it was received.

You know when we complain and there's no reply anymore it's either he doesn't want to bother anymore or it's totally solved.

Was your issue resolved yet?

I accidentally sent a lot of Ethereum to my YoBit Ethereum Classic wallet. I contacted support so that they can move it to the appropriate wallet  on November 13. Its been 1.5 months and still no response. I contacted Coinbase about this issue as and it took them a month to respond. All these exchanges are slow with support requests; i'm hoping I'll get my Ethereum back before the price drops. I guess i'll have to wait and see; I still have my hopes up that they are just slow and didn't steal my Ethereum.

What? 1 week, this is very bad. Problems like this often happen in yobit, but I wonder why there are still many users who trade there. Deposit problems, withdraw and also support contacts that do not respond, this is something I always hear.

Actually all exchanges has these compaints from various users because all of them sucks. The difference between others from yobit is, they are least worst.
Yobit is one of the worst exchanges so as much as possible every users should avoid using it.

I've also had a problem with them and sent a ticket surprisingly, they responded after 2 days which was fast compared to op. The problem is they only replied a less 50 character sentence which doesn't solve anything. That was just so unprofessional.


@OP unfortunately, The only thing you can do now is just to wait. Its either the support will respond first and help you or the funds will reflect on your account without the response from them. There's also nothing wrong on sending one again and/or have it followed up on their twitter account

I've never had a problem with them, but I haven't traded much on yobit either.   I totally get where OP is coming from, because I've read dozens of complaints in the past two years since I've had an account there.  They suck, plain and simple.  If I need altcoins, I'll use changelly.  Yobit's withdrawal fees are outrageous and customer service is nonexistent.   Fuck 'em.

Damn that long and nothing from their supporters? Don't use yobit, really. That site have very bad customers support. You should bring up your case to yobit twitter.

Yobit is notorious for bad support and really isn't the best exchange, I would strongly suggest moving to Bittrex who have a much better site and support.
