There is no invasion going on. At least at the moment.
Its just a power play between Russia and the west, wherein Ukraine people are on the streets to become a part of European Union. But this doesn't go along with the Ex president, and Russia.

They were delaying it. The radical group just went in with force and out threshed the president, bringing it to a new level of crises.
And since then Ukraine is trying to get the support of the West(America and Europe) to do some teaching to Russia.

While the foundation is an appalling debacle, lot of the people involved, were actually trying to work on some pretty neat things.
