The result still stinks in that over the last 20 years he has been prevented from getting car and home loans so missed out on jobs that required cars and on the whole property boom that should be funding his retirement.
Hell of a guy though.

Glad to know the UK courts are almost as slow as those in the U.S.
Also, good for him for risking bankruptcy to do fight against someone who had wronged him.

I salute to his tenacity and determination. The real issue is that it took 16 years to resolve. Can the courts not work any faster or more efficiently? If the answer is no then there is something far wrong with the system. I'll be one of those people who will never buy again from PC World.
