The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the latest attack in Surgut. Even earlier, there were numerous reports of Islamic extremists concentrating in Surgut and the other cities of HMAO. And know what, Surgut is located close to the village of Sagra, where a major gun battle between the Slavs and the Muslims occurred a few years back.
