I'm not from OK so I won't answer it, but I will give you visibility bump with this post. I check question and I can say that your poll is well made. But in question "How did you obtain cryptocurrency you own" I would allow multiple answer options.

Not from the UK but I forwarded to my colleagues who are.
Curious choice of assets listed under "What was the first cryptocurrency you have ever heard of?". I have to say, most notably missing coins someone pre-2016 would have seen first, and I'd be really surprised if more than 1% of people heard of anything else first before BTC!
