I have no doubt about JaoBadjap that this user farming/abusing merit. He/she is buying merit from others or he/she is the owner of these accounts!
What about the profiles sending those merits ? Aren't they also breaking forum rules?
All the accounts related to the farmer should be tagged as they are equally involved in the scam.Isnt this thread more of a reputation board thread rather than being a meta board thread?

Of-course they are however looking at those sent merits, it seems those users will easily come up with one of this story I can think of. Then I have to chit-chat with them back and forth, they will throw shits to me to humiliate me. I have faced all of these in past and I am tired of these throwing shits to one another. But it still makes me feel sick when I see activities from the user mentioned on the OP.
