So that guy is selling a blocked pp account for less than 50% of the amount(if there is any amount).
Probably a scammer.It`s easy to remove the limitation.

You are very wrong bro, you can't go to jail for buying an paypal account...Smiley) and if you scam paypal with 50K$ you don't go to jail, i know people scamming paypal for few years, nothing happening if you use fake identities and vps,....off course i don't encourage it, but i just said....i have one paypal limited with -350$ from a year and nothing happening....i don't use it again ....so will stay with - forever.....paypal do nothing for this amount, i don't have to worry, also on that account credit card is impossible to add so i have no way to pay.....and has for digital items (delivered) i don't care about paypal policy, if paypal want make money with my, they need to follow MY RULES Wink
