Dear moderators, I don't know which section to place my post correctly. Miners, code, law? Move please by your decision!

I've just sent this message to Mr. Pruvot. I also ask the society to help in this investigation!

Dear Tanguy Pruvot and the community members, first of all I would like to say thank you for your magnificent contribution into open source development!
My request is linked to the case of copyright and license violation and plagiary as to my mind.
I have found the CryptoDredge soft in https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--4408231 which is similar to the CCMiner by Tpruvot.

My suspicions of the plagiary are based on the following:

1) Identity of the command line arguments used (below is a copy of the parameters in the original from the Russian-language section bitcointalk)
v, --version
-a, --algo У
    •    allium

    •    blake2s

    •    lyra2v2

    •    lyra2v2-old (cм. пyнкт Пpoблeмы c Lyra2REv2)

    •    lyra2z

    •    neoscrypt

    •    phi

    •    phi2

    •    skein

    •    skunk

    •    tribus

-d, --device
-h, --help
-i, --intensity
-o, --url URL
-p, --pass
-u, --user
--log
--no-color
--no-watchdog
--cpu-priority

--api-type
    •    ccminer-tcp (TCP)

    •    ccminer-ws (WebSocket)

    •    off

-b, --api-bind
-r, --retries
-R, --retry-pause
--timeout

2) API is the same and copy as is
--api-type
    •    ccminer-tcp (TCP)

    •    ccminer-ws (WebSocket)

3)Changelog copies yours with delay in a small period of time.

I hope I am wrong but to my mind the base code of this product is your one  forked from from cbuchner1/ccminer  under the GPLv3 license which implies either source code promotion or access to the code by a request of a user.

My requests for the sources of the code were rejected by the developers. More over I could find EULA license by Technobyl LLC in downloadable file sourcecode.tar.gz from Github account of the developers.

I understand that it's allowed to change the code and earn money on the base of the GPLv3 license. But in this case the source code can not be hidden and the EULA licence can not be changed.

Russian authorities respect and support copyright policy and international requirements of the WTO.
National law provides administrative and criminal code for these crimes.

I have tried to solve the problem peacefully asking for evidences of my mistake or sources of the code cause I am not a bloodthirsty man. Or just to delete the product from Github and other open sites. Unfortunately my request was rejected by the development team.

The situation hearts my heart when brilliant ideas of the true freedom software created by Richard Stollman in attempt to protect the labour and rights of millions and in this way ideas of Satoshi Nakamoto  on free emission are destroyed by unfair people in mercenary purpose.

Cirtanly the decision must be yours. And if you need I am ready to help you correcting the situation under Russian law for the restoration of justice.

And again I hope I am wrong. Refactoring is also possible. But I am sure the based source code is ccminer.

For the rights and freedom! We are powerfull together!
