If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=reminder

Is it legit?  I didn't request a password reset and this has me concerned.

The IP is from Brazil.  I've got no connections to Brazil.

EDIT:  This is resolved.  It was a scam attempt but the email was valid.  Please be careful and ignore password reset requests you didn't send.  Just ignore them.
Additionally, you can trace an email message using its 'Received:' headers. Be wary of fake headers though. The 'Received:' header written by your own provider's server can be trusted to show from where that server received the message.
