We never intended to do a fake team. Florian and Philipp are our real names. When we started with this WordPress theme https://athemes.com/theme/talon/ there was a section team where we kept the pictures from dummy data to get new and fresh pictures from us two. To be honest we did not think that we should rush to get the dummy stock pictures replaced... Now we see that it would have been way better to put these old ones right from beginning.

Very well that you have job, but why you are attempting to steal money from jobless peoples? Who gave you right to use some random photos from stock image? I won't mind if there is no team members names, photos or links but using fake team & name is big crime especially if its related with money. If you don't have time to take your photos then how you collect photos from stock image? You should not create any crypto-currency project if you don't have enough time for it. I am pretty clear your intention is scam people, just get lost from forum.

Good job OP, I can't believe still peoples using stock image for their projects. But I believe investors become more careful now and they won't invest on such as platform.

Try to see it from the more pragmatic perspective. We both have full time jobs and so on. So we started with a eotwordpress theme with stock photos and the github project. Saying that we will take new pictures as soon as possible. The pictures we added now are about 5 years old. So we will change them to newer ones in a few days hopefully 😀

Probably one of the lamest excuse I have ever seen. If time was of the essence why spend the trouble on replacing your pics with some stock photos rather than just grabbing a pic you already have in your Facebook profile? Just think about it on our point of view, would you even believe your dumb excuse on using stock photos instead your own pictures? Clearly there is no scenario on why it would be more convenient for you using stock photos over your FB pics not unless you are trying to fool people with your fake identity.

Normaly when the time is slow for that and you have a real project they dont use stock photos !

Exactly, makes no sense for anyone to search random pictures on the internet and present them as "our team" and claim to replace them when being caught. They can easily use no pictures and add a little disclaimer that they will upload pictures until date xxx.

However, my tag and flag support will stay until they add real pictures and I'm convinced this are real people, mabe I'll leave a neutral tag to link this accusation. Not sure yet, it depends on the team's answer.

Nice catch, a few days ago a Newbie "asked" about their Shitcoin in the German section if it's a good coin. Obvious attempt by the team to get attention to their coin. Roll Eyes

What happened:: With some reverse image searching I discovered that SwabianCoin have fake identities for their team with the use of stock/template photos found online. The project doesn't appear to have any whitepaper found both from their website as well as their ANN thread

Note # 1: SwabianCoin only have two named team members in their website, Florian Steinhauser and Philipp Feucht both of which are using pictures found in the internet which I suspect are coming from a template website, as seen by this video (around 3:45 to 3:47) in Youtube and based on other websites having these models as stock photos.
