Before initiating a swap you first need to check the fee. You also need to keep a substantial amount of Ethereum in your trust wallet accordingly to the fee being charged. If you do not then you will always see the transaction getting failed.

It's not always necessary, but of course - it's always better to do that. Anyway, you can always read relevant articles all over the web, for example like this one here about cryptocurrency trading course and how effective should be your steps, when you're making any trading operations with cryptocurrencies. It's one of the most informative resources I've visited.

“Error! Sorry we are unable to locate this Tnxhash”
This was definitely dropped from Ethereum mempool which is usually due to low gas price set during swapping. Otherwise, The error "transaction failed" would have been shown if it's low gas limit or not enough ETH for gas.

......
It's just that the fees change based on the Ethereum network.

If you swap, then you have to save a little ETH for gas costs. The current fee is 0.072 ETH or around $ 198. It would be better if you choose the exchange mode, not swap.
This is the Most stupid thing that Happens in Swapping now in ETH network No wonder why is this still in process when only People with too much swapping amount will afford to handle this situation , Imagine if you will only swap a hundred dollar value and you need 200$ fee? WTF.

So from that point of view, I recommend using Exchange mode, not with Swap. Due to high costs so that income does not match expenses. However, in Exchange mode, he cannot buy ETH directly to LTO, he only needs to exchange ETH to BNB, then BNB to LTO.
It's actually simple if the OP understands how to be frugal in trading. This includes choosing coins that have low fees at the time of transactions.

Note. If you want to make transactions on the Ethereum network, we recommend checking out Gwei. https://etherscan.io/gastracker
The lower the Gwei, the lower the Gas cost. However, the swap fee by send tokens is much different.

I added eth to trust wallet. I’ve also added several altcoins (reef, forth, lto, and 3-4 others) and swapped a part of eth for each of them. However, every transaction failed and said error. Does anybody know why?

At the moment Ethereum fees are skyrocketing, so for small amount of swap you will be paying a higher amount of fee.

Look like you ran out of gas, before you swap your eth you need to check gas fees on Gas fees tracker ( visit etherscan ), then before executing the swap you need to set your gas limit and the gas you want to pay. Calculate it then you will get how many token you can buy minus gas fees.
indeed what happens for sure , He did not anticipate the Huge amount of Gas Fee now.

What kind of error message that's showed in your wallet?
If you have been using the swap feature on the trust wallet and it will not work properly as it will need a lot of fees to pay the transaction.
I think that you must connect your trust wallet on uniswap but if an error message was appearing after you have tried to swap on uniswap and the problem should be you are putting very small fees.
You should try to adjust the fees for swap transactions.

Question are you using the trust wallet dex? Or you import Dapps on the wallet like uniswap and other dex to trade those coins or tokens? If its not working then I'm seeing the problem is the gas consumption or the incompatibility of the token blockchain, cause if its on trust dex, some tokens aren't gonna be able to swap.

Provide screenshot here would be better, so we can help to identify the problem of your swap.
On trust wallet, there are some Ethereum DEX apps such uniswap or 1inch. Have you tried it ? Im using trust wallet on BSC and using pancakeswap to swap/exchange my bnb to other tokens. You should be able to do that using uniswap or 1inch on Ethereum network too.

The best way to know how to help you is through knowing the error you are faced with or you are encountering, without such we can only assume what the problem is and present ideas and solutions based on that assumption. So, just to suggest, copy the transaction hash and scan on etherscan to know the error, but I guess it won't exceed insufficient gas fees. Also, just to add another suggestion, add more or send more Ethereum to the wallet and try again; to transfer ETH or ERC tokens, you will need Ethereum for gas fees. Lastly, don't try to customize the gas fee as it might result to failed transaction.

Are you unable to find news about what the error is? because every swap or transaction always requires a small fee, so what you have to check first is the gas fee and through what network you run your wallet on trustwallet, because the trustwallet application is a multi wallet that can run on many networks.

Probably due to the network congestion you are getting this error, so try it later to get though it and its surprising to see that you are even ready to pay $150 for the gas fee which can be reduced a lot if you buy from an exchange.

Sometimes, even the TX has already been broadcast on the chain you still has some problem "Error! Sorry we are unable to locate this Tnxhash" there has some several reason for this issue. And sometimes you just need to wait until the block got minted on the node, but in several conditions, you still don't find any of your transaction you can check on google for this type of issue.

Is kinda hard to find the issue, for @OP did you don't want to try buying directly to exchange rather than swap on Trust Wallet? maybe buying from exchange and send the ETH into exchange can save your time without figured it out whats the problem.

What the..... How many smart contracts does swapping have to pass through to have that kind of fee?

It's just that the fees change based on the Ethereum network. If you swap with 1 Eth, the fees as shown in the picture may change. Because ethereum network costs change all the time.

There was enough eth for the trade and for fees. I also have the coins added to trust prior to attempting the swap.

What was the exact error that's showing in your wallet? Apart from the lack of ETH reserved for gas fees, another reason could be the low slippage fee.

If you swap, then you have to save a little ETH for gas costs. The current fee is 0.072 ETH or around $ 198.

Indeed. Find an exchange or another mobile app that listed those tokens if it's not available on Trust wallet.
