It doesn't mean much, but I also think SWT is a good buy at the moment. Losing their assets isn't that meaningful after all. SOMN has huge assets, they're still a crap project though.
And don't you forget before the end of 2016 projects asked much much MUCH less funds to build their project, look at Stratis!
SWT will surely regain quite a bit of value, when no one knows.

Yes they should, the only reason the price came down is due to them losing all their ETH in the parity multisig hack.
They are however commited to completing the project so it's only a matter of time before they pump agian.
