Your diet plan looks great OP. It’s going to take a lot of dedication to stick to that strict diet with those restrictions but I wish you luck. I wish I had the motivation to engage myself with a similar diet. I’m not fat or anything but I do stray away from good food too often.

Go to a nutritionist, without blood tests and medication your efforts are futile.

I’ve began transitioning myself slowly to low carb/keto diet for at least 4-5 weeks. It was not easy though. Despite so many temptations and occasions, I’ve successfully avoided those foods and drinks that would ruin my diet and sticking to my goal. Discipline + crave endurance is the real test here.

I checked my weight last week it was alarming almost 85 kilos. Right now, I am at 81.8 kg. I limit myself to less than 50g of carbs consumption and likely more on protein and fiber.

Here’s my diet program recently:

Brunch (since I am a nocturnal worker and slept all morning) - 1 serving of meat (whether chicken, pork or fish) and 1 or 2 sunny side up eggs.
Snacks in between - Low fat coffee or any keto-type coffee/drinks, few pieces of peanuts
Dinner - Vegetable salad with few chunks of meat/chop suey/steamed vegetables/mongolian petite w/o carbs and hot green tea
Midnight - High fiber protein shake

I also take US-based high quality nutritional supplements for overall well being, liver health and cholesterol reduction. On top of that, I walk a lot after work to burn calories.

I’ve entirely cut off rice, bread, sweet desserts, soda, iced tea, ice cream, cakes and frappes. I usually drink water most of the time and sometimes freshly-squeezed lemon juice without sugar

My goal was to reach the threshold of below 74 kg since my ideal weight based on my height should be between 133 to 163 lbs.

You think my diet plan is good? Or if you can suggest something better, I’ll appreciate it coz’ I need more ideas. Thanks!

I think your diet plan is good. I suggest you to eat green vegetables and low fat meat at midnight for better results in loosing your weight

Most times I eat healthy because of my brain's health not really to reduce weight. When I use my brain effectively I tend to lose weight alot of.
Finding the right foods for the brain can be quite challenging, so what I normally to do is test different healthy foods to see how I feel later... if food fails I will completely rely on "good books" that can quench a particular issue I'm having at the moment then my brain health gets way better and that tend to greatly improve my overall health.

I think you could try foods that make you feel better, light and healthy... with this you will use your energy better and burn your fat easily.

Another way to know the right foods (plus drinks) to consume is to get used to different healthy foods... in the future, your body could choose what it wants you to consume and you'll desire that particular food(which should be healthy food.) without even thinking about it. Once you desire a particular food, get some and eat, you could begin to feel better afterwards and use you energy better
