online computer  (is better clear all old records)

1. Install Bitcoin core 0.13.2 and download all blocks. (need a few days), keep Bitcoin core running!
2. Install armory 0.95.1, then go to setting uncheck the box "Let Armory run Bitcoind in the background" , then quit armory
3. go in armory again then a black window will appear, don't close it! you will see armory to build the blocks from the black window. Let armory keep to run a few hours to finish. Then you got armory online!
4. Import your watch-only wallet.  you also can create your watch-only wallet from your offline wallet.

offline computer

1. Install armory 0.92 - 0.95.1 version is ok to sign the transaction.

2. Import your offline wallet which can create your watch-only wallet.

Just writing some code
Go to File > Settings and uncheck the box "Let Armory run Bitcoind in the background". Then stop Armory, start Bitcoin Core, and start Armory again.

Using Armory 0.95.1, I attempted to allow synchronization before attempting to import my paper wallet.  I believe the blockchain is synchronized ( I compared the value of "bitcoin-cli getblockcount" with value at https://blockexplorer.com/api/status?q=getBlockCount and I get a match.  However, when I attempt to import the wallet, I get "Armory is in the middle of scanning the blockchain".  How do I get my wallet entered?  I have seen some posts saying to "turn off auto bitcoind" but I don't know what that means.  Please help.
