I have the answer to any of your cooling problems. You can get ICE cold air into a server and it only takes 390W to do it. Depending on the how extreme a cooling system you want or need, I can get a complete system starting at only $300. By the way, it is a water cooled system that needs antifreeze to keep it from turning into a block of ice. Plus there other cheaper options too, it just depends on your needs. It also is relatively small too! I just need to get enough pre-orders to keep the cost down. I have setup systems for my own servers but, I figured I should pass this on to others.
