If it were me, running the site, I would spend 30 seconds every few hours posting an update... like "Hey... site is going live... site isn't going live... small problem with this, big problem with that" rather than this once every 12-24 hours AFTER deadlines they arbitrarily post.
That would be too reasonable and require too much forethought. Besides, who are we to suggest what they do. We don't own the site. LMAO.

Opening the market right after the site assumes they are actually going to open the site. I don't think there's any danger of that right now.

Clearly Tux is in a panic here. It's much better to open the site for 24 hours BEFORE trading. Otherwise, the site will go down from everyone accessing at the same time.
