If you can meet the right community selling crypto merchandise will be very profitable. If you want to start selling offline, you need to now whether your country/city have local crypto community, if you can't find any, then you should make the community. It will not be easy to build it, but since you are the one starting the community, it will be easier for you sell the merchandise (assuming you succeed in building the community). Selling a 'fan merchandise' is all about networking, without good networking skill it will be very hard. Especially a new thing like crypto.

Yes, there's still market on it. But before doing anything else, that's why you need to conduct your own market study and research so that you will have the idea if it's sellable in your place. Start with local market study and from there, you'll gather information if the interest is there from the people in and within your locale. I am sure that there is but selling these stuff requires patience, it's not going to click easily when you don't make a way to let the people know what you're selling.

The market isn't completely saturated, but you need to identify very specific niches or engage in extensive bulk uploading. If you concentrate on the numerous non-English speaking countries, you'll find opportunities. I conducted extensive keyword research today across various platforms.

For instance, I noticed that in my country, this trend hasn't really taken off yet, especially in the online marketplaces where locals typically shop.

The process is quite straightforward. First, create your crypto design and utilize platforms like Etsy, Shopify, and others to sell your goods. You can use Printify or Printful for print-on-demand services. Alternatively, you can search for lesser-known but more affordable and superior options and connect them to Etsy or Shopify. While it may seem challenging at first, you'll quickly adapt and be able to sell your products.

Next, conducting keyword research is crucial. There are numerous tools available to help you optimize your SEO, making it easier for people to find your product.

If you prefer a simpler approach, consider using Spreadshirt. This platform allows you to directly place your design on a multitude of different products for sale. They handle everything, from production to shipping, and you get paid every 15th of the month. All you need to do is specify how much you want to earn from each product.

However, there are a few drawbacks. For instance, it takes at least a month to receive your first payment. In my experience, Etsy withheld 75% of my first payout, which I hadn't factored into my calculations.

That sucked horseballs for me. But I´m used to it. Have been in this kind of situations so many times. A lot of ups and a lot of downs.

But I think you have a good niche, I did some reseacrh and if you want to I can help a bit.

Unless we're completely misunderstanding each other and talking about two different things. That happens to me here sometimes.

This method is technically still possible to do, but it’s such a saturated method that it’s likely to not work. It’s not like back then when you can just post mockups(not actual photos) and get sales, but today you’d have to up the marketing — take actual real and great photos of your apparel. At that point you might just as well print the actual shirts yourself for more quality control, more media control, and higher profit margins.

Making T-shirt with crypto designs is interesting idea - not something new and unique, but it have potential But most important question there is where you're from and how big thing crypto is in your location. Making online shop nowadays is easy thing. But if Bitcoin isn't popular in your place, maybe it's not even worth to begin.
Onerandom though - maybe it would be good to offer something more than just T-shirt to give more choice for potential customers. Things like hoodies or baseball caps also may be popular.

I saw many small startups growing based on crypto themes. Several groups create crypto merchandise to sell on platforms like Instagram profiles and websites.
Some examples are
https://www.etsy.com/market/crypto_merchandise
https://cryptogoodies.shop/
https://cryptowardrobe.com/

Now I'm thinking that I'm gonna make these kinds of merchandise and sell these platforms. But don't know about the market potential. Is the people of crypto ecosystem are really interest to buy crypto merchandise stuff?

You did not mention your location, but whether your country is new to Cryptocurrency or already popular there is a market for this, if your country is new you can be a pioneer or if Cryptocurrency is already popular you can join clubs groups and communities, and invite them to see your crypto merchandise stuff.
Cryptocurrency is here to stay and every coin in the market has a community and supporter, I'm also planning of setting up
crypto merchandise stuff and T-shirt is the one I'll planning to merchandise, in the future, there will be a trend in cryptocurrency merchandise.

According to the current market on apparels, it is said to have the following

All segments in the Apparel market are expected to grow similarly. The CAGR between 2022-2027 for the Women's segment is 5.01% and for the Children's segment is 4.4%.

Maybe you could focus on those part of the market in the women's and children's segment in order to take advantage of the market. I can't seem to find yet a suitable source for crypto related merchandise but I think you would be able to gauge a niche market in your place first.

That’s good data, but let’s not forget that women and children(obviously) are far less likely to be interested in bitcoin and other highly-volatile assets; so the data might not be that relevant for this case.

Wouldn’t hurt to try though, as Bitcoiner dads might buy Bitcoin-related shirts for their children(obviously a dumb idea due to security reasons).

I've seen start ups in online communities did an interest check by posting sample products/models. Perhaps that is something you wanna consider as well.

However, as with any business, the product quality and how you market your brand are big contributing factors. I highly suggest coming up with original designs instead of something people have seen a lot of times already like a big ass coin symbol slapped on a shirt/hoodie. There's also nothing wrong if you would hire account/s with reasonable following to share your post.

You don't need to prepare stock of goods in advance as a business start if you don't know the potential. I think you can use the pre order method by only preparing previews of the t-shirt or at least you have mastered graphic design to accept custom design orders.
And obviously you have to have a t-shirt manufacturer standing by to meet demand on time.

Opening a business only for crypto tshirt printing will have many cons if you will do it on an area/place where crypto is not fully accepted or welcomed and without a trend, business will at loss. You can as well print simple modern designs that is not crypto related to expand your business' reach. So try to make a research first about your target area, their interests, etc

It’ll really depend on your country/state/city. Some places are more crypto-friendly than others, and vice versa. You can use things like Google. Trends to check on your country/city/state’s crypto-related Google searches.

With the Everbee tool, you can view all the statistics on Etsy. It shows how often a keyword or series of keywords is searched for and how large the competition is.

It also helps you to use the best title and keywords in your description.
