Just got a T17 today from my friend in China. It was working before he sent it. It's in the US now. I installed two 220v outlets through my electrician and am using the 240v cords 14gauge cords from amazon.

However my logs show that it's only registering half the chips and i'm only getting half the speed with 1240 watts. Is this a power issue or is it a chip issue?
