Ok, according to my research it won't incur customs fees since it's under $200. I'd rather not pay for escrow, but I may offer up to a $40 total Amazon.com purchase in trade for the vest. Can you shoot your own pics of it (front, back, and tags with a piece of paper that says TBZ1 next to it)?
You might as well ask him to use escrow, instead of asking him to do so much for 30$.
